Welcome to Effortless Gifts. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Our Service
Effortless Gifts is an annual subscription service that sends curated anniversary gifts and cards to your spouse or partner. We offer three tiers: Classic, Romantic, and Premium.
2. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
- Subscriptions are billed annually.
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each year unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- We will send you a reminder email at least 30 days before renewal.
- California & Other States: You have the right to cancel at any time. If you cancel after renewal, you will not receive a refund for the current term, but future renewals will stop.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds for the current year.
- You can pause your subscription for up to 12 months instead of cancelling.
4. Gift Selection & Delivery
- You will receive an email reminder 14 days before each anniversary with gift options for your chosen tier.
- If you do not make a selection, we will automatically send the trending gift for your tier.
- Gifts are shipped to the address on file approximately 7 days before the anniversary date.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by you.
5. Pricing and Payments
- Prices are listed on our site and may change with notice.
- We use Stripe to process payments. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.
- All sales are final except where required by law.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in accordance with our Cancellation policy or where required by applicable law (e.g., California, New York).
7. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and anniversary dates. We are not liable for gifts sent to incorrect addresses you provide.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Effortless Gifts’ total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your County], Texas.
